Keynote speaker Sonya Jones is a gifted communicator, former athlete, and educator whose life story is a testimony of God’s grace, resilience, and the power of prayer. A finalist on NBC’s The Biggest Loser and author of 44 Lessons From a Loser, she blends humor, honesty, and practical wisdom to encourage people to pursue wholeness from the inside out and become the best version of who God created them to be—living with purpose, resilience, and a faith that transforms every part of their life.
