We are seeking a Systems Administrator to provide technology solutions and systems support for all staff and volunteers across all campuses of The Chapel. This person must have excellent people and communication skills as well as proficiency with technology. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) maintenance of computers, servers, installing/updating computer and server software, adding and removing users from the network, shared file/folder maintenance, and technology asset inventory. This person must have an extensive working knowledge of network operating systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to train and communicate technology issues with non-technical people, and the ability to organize, manage and lead volunteers. Furthermore, the Systems Administrator should have a passion for making the complicated simple, a desire to use automation to make life easier and the ability to trouble shoot pretty much anything that plugs in or has a blinky light.This is a full-time, 40+ hours per week role. CAMPUS STUDENT PASTOR
We are seeking a Campus Student Pastor for our Libertyville campus! The Campus Student Pastor (CSP) will be responsible for overseeing the execution of fruitful ministry to junior high and high school students at a specific campus of The Chapel. This includes recruiting and training a volunteer Chapel Students team to implement all aspects of this ministry. This person must provide excellent servant leadership, clear communication, vision, direction and motivation. We are seeking a part-time Worship Pastor for our McHenry campus! The ideal Worship Pastor will be experienced in drawing people into the presence of God through powerful worship and maximizing the effectiveness of the weekend experience through compelling music. This person will be responsible for shepherding campus worship teams and leading all aspects of planning and execution of our campus worship ministry in alignment with the overall vision of worship at The Chapel. The Worship Pastor must communicate effectively with The Chapel's leadership as well as worship and production team volunteers, actively contribute to the Central Worship creative process and be a contributing leader for campus and church-wide worship events. ASSOCIATE CAMPUS PASTOR
We are seeking an Associate Campus Pastor (ACP) for our Libertyville campus! Under the direction of the Campus Pastor, the ACP will be responsible for overseeing the execution of fruitful ministry at a single campus by developing community venues, connecting newcomers to our church, providing pastoral care, directing staff and volunteer leaders and offering general leadership direction and development. We are in search of multiple Children's Pastors! If you have a desire to serve the littlest of God's children (Infants-Grade 5) by pouring into leaders and volunteers and overseeing the campus Chapel Kids ministry, please consider joining our team! CHAPEL KIDS PASTOR
We are seeking a Chapel Kids Pastor to champion the children’s ministry at every campus at The Chapel. In this capacity, this person will serve as a thought leader for Chapel leadership on behalf of Chapel Kids and the children (birth to 5th grade) and families within this ministry and in our communities. This person will also lead and equip the ministry and its leaders with visionary and innovative teaching materials, programs, leadership tools, strategic thinking methods, and intentional coaching and shepherding approaches in order to continually lead and inspire children, families, and leaders. We are looking for a Technical Director to manage all technical aspects of weekend experiences and special events at a specific campus. This includes leading, equipping, recruiting and shepherding ministry volunteers; providing reliable, consistent and highest quality multimedia support as it relates to audio, video, lighting, stage design, graphics and projection systems; and directing and executing the pre-production, rehearsal and live production of weekend experiences and special events.
