We are seeking a joyful, driven and passionate Associate Student Director to assist with the overall execution of fruitful ministry to junior high and high school students at The Chapel. As a part of the Central Student Ministry Team and under the direction of the Director of Kids and Students, this person will gain valuable, hands-on experience in leadership, vision-casting and what it means to be all-in for students. We are seeking a high-capacity Executive Assistant to support members of The Chapel’s Senior Leadership. This person must support all administrative aspects in a manner that honors, embraces, and embodies our culture and leadership with the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity. We are seeking an Associate Campus Pastor (ACP)! Under the direction of the Campus Pastor, the ACP will be responsible for overseeing the execution of fruitful ministry at our Grayslake campus by developing community venues, connecting newcomers to our church, providing pastoral care, directing staff and volunteer leaders and offering general leadership direction and development. This person must provide excellent leadership, clear communication, vision, direction and motivation. This person must also serve on the larger Chapel-wide Campus Pastoral team and serve as an example of servant leadership. This is a full-time, 40+ hours per week position. Technical Director

As a member of our Production team, the Technical Director will be responsible for all aspects of The Chapel’s weekend experiences and special events as they relate to audio, video, lighting, stage design, graphics and projection systems. This person must have proven applicable technical skills, have the ability to effectively and quickly adjust in an ever-changing environment and exhibit grace under pressure. This person must also have the ability to lead and train volunteers with compassion and clear communication. This is a full-time, 40+ hour per week role. Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Chapel is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist. This person will be responsible for all AR functions including processing donations/giving, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank accounts, and assisting with annual audits.
