Central Technical Director

The Chapel is seeking a Central Technical Director! This person will be responsible for overseeing campus specific production elements for weekends, student ministries, conferences and other special events. He/She will lead the weekly development and training of volunteer teams, maintain workspaces and coordinate repairs of equipment and assist with conferences, installs or other events as required. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of high-level production experience in a multi-site church or professional touring environment and a comprehensive understanding of advanced audio, video and lighting systems in the live production environment. Children’s Pastor

The Chapel is seeking several Children’s Pastors at this time! The Children’s Pastor is responsible for all facets of the children’s ministry (infant to Grade 5). This includes contributing to and embracing the vision and direction set by church leadership and the central ministry team, and motivating all staff and volunteers toward the fulfillment of that vision. This person must provide excellent leadership, passionate and clear communication, excellent people skills and the ability to manage volunteers with grace. He/She must embody The Chapel’s culture by being authentic, joyful, winsome, inspiring and compassionate. This position is for our McHenry campus and is a part-time, 28-hours per week role.

The Chapel is seeking a Facility Team Tech for our Libertyville campus. This person will be responsible for serving with volunteers and assisting in maintaining a safe, inviting, and clean facility. This role will also consist of performing and maintaining scheduled routine facility cleaning details and procedures ever week.
