We are seeking a Campus Pastor for our Lake Zurich campus! The Campus Pastor will be responsible for overseeing the execution of fruitful ministry at our Lake Zurich campus by developing community venues, connecting newcomers to our church, providing pastoral care, directing staff and volunteers, and offering leadership direction and development. This person must provide excellent servant leadership, clear communication, vision, direction, and motivation. This person will also serve on the larger Chapel-wide Campus Pastoral team.

We are seeking a Worship Pastor to partner with the Campus Pastor of our Mundelein Campus in leading our people in gifted, Spirit-led worship. The ideal person will be community-minded and lead with humility both on and off the platform. Part-time up to 28 hours a week with an option of full-time ministry as the Associate Campus Pastor in addition to the Worship Pastor role.

We are seeking a caring, relational Kid’s Director to lead Chapel Kids ministry (infants–Grade 5) at a single campus, creating a safe, welcoming, and joy-filled experience for kids and families every week. This person will recruit and equip volunteers, oversee classrooms, and partner closely with the campus team to help every family feel loved and valued. This is a part-time role for someone passionate about helping kids come alive to God.

Do you want to be part of a high-energy team and empower others to help students come alive to God? We currently have openings at multiple campuses and are looking for a Campus Student Pastor to lead the junior high and high school students and volunteers. This person must be fun, exude servant leadership, and be able to carry the vision of our church into all aspects of Chapel Students. The Chapel Residency Program is a two-year leadership residency designed to give hands-on ministry experience, personal mentoring, and leadership training to develop emerging church leaders for a lifetime of Kingdom impact. We have Residency opportunities in the Worship Ministry, Pastoral Ministry, Production/Tech, Weekend Services, Chapel Kids, Chapel Students, Young Adults, Local & Global Outreach, Small Groups, and Communications.

This role sits at the intersection of people ministry and facility stewardship. You’ll spend the majority of your time recruiting, leading, and coordinating facility volunteers and community service projects, with the remainder focused on hands-on facility duties like maintenance and grounds work.
