Be God’s encourager and take this week’s challenge: fast and pray during one meal this week. Choose one mealtime this week. Instead of eating, spend time praying for a friend or family member. God will give you things to pray. As you pray, ask God how he feels about this person and how he wants to love and encourage them. Write this down in a note and send it to the person or give them a call and share God’s encouragement with them. #40dayswithjesus
