I am reaching out to ask for prayer for my son. He has loved football for years, but his journey has been filled with injuries. He was unable to play his junior year, and now in his senior year, after finally returning, he has been injured again and will need surgery. Sadly, this has ended his last season.

He is feeling very discouraged and lost right now. Football has been such a big part of his life, and now he’s unsure of what direction to take. I’ve been encouraging him to see this as a possible sign that God may be leading him down a different path, but he is struggling to understand what that path might be.

I pray every morning and every night for God’s guidance over my children, and I would be so grateful if you would join me in lifting my son up in prayer for healing in his body, for peace in his heart, and for clarity as he looks toward his future. Please also pray that he feels God’s love and presence strongly during this time, and that he finds confidence in knowing that the Lord has a plan for him beyond what he can see now.

Please pray for my husband he had open heart surgery when he was one years old. Recently, we just found out there is a severe leak in his heart the pulmonary valve, he is going to need surgery coming up soon, to repair the severe leak. also they just found a huge mass next to his trachea which we are getting a PETCT test done to check this mass on 9/30. Please pray that the surgery will go well; and Please pray for us financially as well, my husband also lost his job so we are struggling to get bills paid, etc

Please pray God will continue to touch his heart, and also have stronger faith to get through this!

Please pray for my daughter. She had two open heart surgeries and lung artery surgery all before she was 2 and a half years old and then needed a maintenance procedure on the lung arteries almost year after that first surgery. She has a genetic condition that caused her lung arteries to be half the size that they should have been. This Thursday at about 4 PM PST / 6 PM CST, Hannah gets her artery pressures checked by an echo cardiogram if they are in the normal range or close to normal she most likely wouldn’t need another maintenance procedure at this time. Last year we had people pray for her and we surprisingly found out that her arteries were keeping up and she didn’t need any maintenance, but they check every year as she grows. Please pray for her that her arteries do not need any more widening and that they are growing to keep up with her as she grows, she just turned 6.

I am experiencing feelings of discouragement in my faith lately. Recently, I have begun to see my children distancing themselves from the faith. My two sons are in college and one is studying the sciences, so I loved the series on the intersection of science and faith a few months ago. My daughter recently started middle school and Chapel students and has expressed that she wanted to take a break from Chapel students.

I have been taking my kids to the Chapel for 17+ years and have been practicing my relationship with Christ since they were born. I am disappointed that they are wanting some distance. I encourage myself with the Word that if continue to do good I will reap a harvest if I do not give up and that if I train my children up in the way that they should go when they grow up, they will never depart from it. Still, I cannot help the feeling of discouragement. My husband is also agnostic and so this may play into their questioning. Can you please pray for me in this season and for my children – two sons and a daughter and for my husband.

I really need a prayer for my family and I. We’re on the brink of being homeless. I started a business, and it hasn’t taken off the way it needed to. Bills are barely getting paid, and I feel like no matter how hard I work, things keep getting harder for us. I just want to know that everything will be okay.

My husband and I have had differing spiritual views for quite some time now, even though we were saved around the same time. We did at some point in our early marriage have the same beliefs. But it’s been many years since that time.

Anyway, just recently he told me that he believes in God but does not believe in Jesus. Honestly I just don’t know what to do with that information. I’m very conflicted on how to move forward from that.

Please lift up my son in your prayers. He left for the military on 8/19/25 and is in boot camp. His dream, passion, and goal is to serve our country in the special forces (the contract he joined with).

As he advanced through the first week, he has been told he has to meet with the medical department tomorrow (Monday) for further evaluations (coughing) and that there is a chance he may not move forward with his current contract. Alternative options MAY be offered if he is medically excused, or he may be offered a lesser contract (nothing like the one he currently has and could be jobs like a cook, MP, maintenance, etc).

We need prayer warriors to pray for a clear path for him to advance through his medical screenings tomorrow and also to keep his heart strong and faithful. He has his Bible and I pray that he finds strength and encouragement in Gods Word when he is unable to speak to us or hear from us (no phones).

He wants special forces – or nothing. I think he would chose to come home if he can’t keep the contract he signed on with. Pray for my boy please

Dear Lord, my adult son is currently in a psychiatric hospital. Please open his eyes to the work he needs to do and open his heart to accept you into his life. Comfort him and let him know that we love him and we look forward to seeing him soon. Help him understand your healing power and the power of forgiveness and repentence.
