My husband and I have been searching for our first home since before covid. We are a family of 5 in a small 3 bedroom apartment. as a 1 income family with three kids… suburbs of Chicago are proving unaffordable for us. we have accepted that we’ll probably never find a house in this area. so aside from asking the obvious for God to provide a home… but also wisdom as to whether we are to stay put or to look elsewhere. maybe even out of state but we love the chapel and would hate to leave.
