My husband and I have been searching for our first home since before covid. We are a family of 5 in a small 3 bedroom apartment. as a 1 income family with three kids… suburbs of Chicago are proving unaffordable for us. we have accepted that we’ll probably never find a house in this area. so aside from asking the obvious for God to provide a home… but also wisdom as to whether we are to stay put or to look elsewhere. maybe even out of state but we love the chapel and would hate to leave.

Update and praise: Over the past several months I have requested prayer for my cousin, Bill, who was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer last November. He was taking medicine to shrink the tumor in his kidney so they could remove it. Praise to God, he had the surgery two weeks ago and it was successful! They are now going to do chemo to target some spots on his lungs. But he is doing so much better than he was a year ago. Thank you Jesus! Please continue to prayer for complete healing!

Hello everyone, this is the first time I have ever requested prayer on here. Although I’ve been thinking of reaching out for a while now. I’m currently in a situation where I had most recently attempted a transition in employment by finishing my school certificate in hopes of a different opportunity for growth. But unfortunately, it has been over five months where I’ve been struggling to get a job. This is decision was made with my wife. And I’ve been struggling to keep my head up and be positive about why nothing has come through. I know I’ve been praying a lot , and telling myself that there is more for a reason on why and God has better plans for me. Due to finances and the timeframe has been hurting me mentally and I’ve been trying not to get depressed about it. I thank God so much for my wife she has been so supportive , and been a backbone for me to keep me in our family going still. I just would like some help with prayer to keep my mind strong in my faith strong I know everything is in God‘s timing and God will continue to guide us. Thank you I appreciate it.

Hello Chapel family, my friend is in dire need. Her 13 year old daughter is in the hospital. She has been unable to eat for several days now because she rejects everything she tries to take in. The doctors don’t know what is wrong with her. Please pray for her and her doctors to be able to figure this out quickly.
