A prayer Request for our very special needs daughter with a rare genetic condition that had affected her lung arteries (in addition other health problems). She is 5 years old and we now live in CA and we are requesting an exemption from the Medi-Cal HMO to get her in the Traditional Medi-Cal Plan, only offered to special cases for complex conditions. Since we live a few counties away from Stanford Childrens, we are requesting a Temporary exemption from the standard Managed Care county-based Medi-Cal HMO, since her complex Pulmonary Stenosis could only be maintenanced by Stanford Childrens as she grows due to the complex procedure (developed by Stanford) that they already performed on her to widen her lung arteries. The next 3-5 business days will be critical. Please pray for our Pediatric Cardiologist to provide the right information needed to qualify for the exemption and for the Medi-Cal decision makers to have favor on our special needs daughter and grant her the exception.
