Hearing God - Part Two

Whether it’s stepping into a new role, facing financial pressures, or navigating relational struggles, life can often feel overwhelming and leave us weary and uncertain. Yet in those very moments, God offers us more than just a way to get by; He offers us His voice. Scripture reminds us that the Bible is not just words on a page but “God-breathed” (2 Timothy 3:16). That means every passage carries His presence, His wisdom, and His life. When we open the Bible, we’re not just learning about God; we’re meeting with Him.

When we read with God, His Word shifts from ancient text to a living conversation. The Holy Spirit highlights truth, brings clarity where we feel lost, and personalizes God’s promises for our everyday lives. Approaching the Bible as though God is reading with us reminds us it’s not only about what He said then, but what He is saying right now. This is how His Word becomes a lamp for our path, a source of strength for our hearts, and equips us to live with His wisdom each day.
