We are seeking an experienced, Holy Spirit-led worship pastor to lead at our Libertyville campus! The worship pastor will be responsible for leading all musical and production aspects of the weekend, as well as actively connecting with and contributing to our Central Worship leadership team. We are seeking an Associate Campus Pastor (ACP)! Under the direction of the Campus Pastor, the ACP will be responsible for overseeing the execution of fruitful ministry at our Grayslake campus by developing community venues, connecting newcomers to our church, providing pastoral care, directing staff and volunteer leaders and offering general leadership direction and development. This person must provide excellent leadership, clear communication, vision, direction, and motivation. This person must also serve on the larger Chapel-wide Campus Pastoral team and serve as an example of servant leadership.

Kid’s Pastor, WI Campuses

The Kid’s Pastor is responsible for overseeing Chapel Kids at our Whitewater campus while also providing support to our two other Wisconsin campuses in carrying out the vision of Central Chapel Kids. This person must provide excellent servant leadership, clear communication, direction, and motivation. He/She must embody The Chapel’s culture and also serve on the larger Chapel Kids team. Do you want to be part of a high-energy team and empower others to help students come alive to God? We currently have openings at multiple campuses and are looking for a Campus Student Pastor to lead the junior high and high school students and volunteers. This person must be fun, exude servant leadership, and be able to carry the vision of our church into all aspects of Chapel Students. We are looking for a highly organized and relational individual to join us as the administrative assistant at our Libertyville campus. This person will often serve as the “face” of The Chapel as they greet guests and vendors and therefore must provide excellent communication while having a warm and welcoming demeanor and a heart of servant leadership. The Chapel Residency Program is a two-year leadership residency designed to give hands-on ministry experience, personal mentoring, and leadership training to develop emerging church leaders for a lifetime of Kingdom impact. We have Residency opportunities in the Worship Ministry, Pastoral Ministry, Production/Tech, Weekend Services, Chapel Kids, Chapel Students, Young Adults, Local & Global Outreach, Small Groups, and Communications.
